Reconcevons les choses par l'exemple

De nouveaux mots ont fait leur apparition depuis quelques temps dans les écrits, les réflexions d'experts, de groupes de recherche. C'est le cas par exemple de l'économie circulaire, du recondtionnement, de l'indice de réparabilité, des produits ou services décarbonnés, d'éco-conception, ou encore de l'analyse de cycle de vie.
Nous rentrons clairement dans une nouvelle ère où les choses - vraiment beaucoup de choses - doivent être totalement repensées. Et vite.
Il y a deux façons de réagir fondamentalement : le rejet ou l'adhésion. Et souvent, l'un est la première étape de l'autre.
Pourtant, une fois qu'on adhère, on découvre l'existence de chemins des possibles, des mondes alternatifs.
En voici un exemple concret. Plutôt que d'aller dans une boutique de vente d'accessoires pour me procurer une coque de protection d'ordiphone (vous savez, le téléphone que vous avez certainement et qui est en fait un mini ordinateur à lui tout seul), je suis allé voir une amie couturière et créatrice qui a fondé sa boutique-atelier THIYYA. Je lui ai lancé le défi de me concevoir un étui de protection en tissu et/ou cuir.
2 semaines plus tard, voici le résultat, fruit du travail de l'équipe de l'atelier Thiyya. Une belle pièce unique composée de cuir issu d'une sellerie de voiture, d'un rabat en Jean, d'un beau bouton récupéré et de sa cordelette. Cela a représenté plusieurs heures de casse-tête, d'essai avant d'arriver à ce résultat fonctionnel.
Et j'en suis très content !
On a ici un étui éco-conçu, réalisé à partir de matérieaux nobles reconditionnés. D'un point de vue environnemental et écononmique, tout est bon :
- Matériaux nobles en seconde main ce qui évite le gaspillage et diminue le recours à la production de coque en matière plastique;
- Meilleur respect environnemental à l'usage puisque son usure au fil du temps ne provoquera pas de rejets de particules nocives;
- Ecouragement de la créativité et de l'artisanat local;
- Protection d'un appareil électronique (lui aussi de seconde main en passant) qu'il faut faire durer le plus longtemps possible.
Et en plus, "cerise sur le gâteau", l'objet offre de nouvelles fonctions :
- La cordelette peut être pasé autour de la main ce qui renforce sa sécurité (en cas de lâcher brusque);
- La cordelette permet aussi d'accrocher l'appareil sur un support tout en restant visible. Très pratique pour écouter une radio (via WIFI) ou tout simplement être visible.
Fidèle à mon habitude, je l'ai appelé : le télétui. C'est la contraction des mots "téléphone" et "étui". Un étui de téléphone.
C'est un petit pas sur le chemin des possibles. Et si nous reconcevions les choses. Qu'en dites-vous ?
